Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply contact customer service to return your item back to us in the same condition it was delivered, and we would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price. Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it. All new items may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. All Certified Pre-Owned items may be returned within 14 days of their delivery date. All items sold by us are 100% brand new unless they are clearly described as “Certified Pre-Owned.”

All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual and warranty card before a refund is processed. Items determined to have been worn, altered or damaged will be sent back and no refund will be issued. Please bear in mind any original shipping fee is non-refundable if applicable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.

Shipping Info

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, however, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days, if placed after 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. This includes all orders with Expedited shipping and international orders.

We send customers a notification email containing tracking information the evening your order is shipped. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Click on ‘My Orders’ and a tracking number can be found under ‘View’.

All orders are required to be delivered to the address inputted at the time of ordering. We are unable to process Pickup requests or change of address requests.

We are unable to change/alter the address inputted during checkout. If the package is shipped out and there is an incorrect address, we are unable to contact the carrier to make any changes. If notified of the incorrect address or rejected package, we will request the return of the package and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

All orders valued over $300 USD will require a signature before the carrier can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery. All deliveries made by USPS do NOT require a signature.
